Boxxer have announced Caroline Dubois vs Miranda Reyes will feature on the undercard of Buatsi vs Azeez in February. The card for Boxxer’s London show has been growing and also features Adam Azim, Ben Whittaker and Viddal Riley in action.
IBO World Lightweight champion Caroline Dubois (8-0) will defend her championship against the American Reyes (7-1-1). Dubois captured her title when she defeated Magali Rodriguez via Unanimous Decision at York Hall. Dubois is also returning to Wembley Arena having picked up a win in 2023 at the same venue.
Miranda Reyes holds a number 3 ranking with the IBO, only outranked by Brazilian Beatriz Ferreira and IBO interim champion Maira Moneo. The 22 year old has suffered a loss and a draw to fighters with a single win on their record. Reyes has fought and defeated better competition in her last two bouts, but she is taking a huge step up in class against ‘Sweet’ Caroline Dubois.
Dubois vs Reyes is one of two women’s bouts on the card, with Francesca Hennessey also in action.
