Jack Bateson

Results from Leeds Banqueting Hall

Jack Bateson returned to action for the first time in 2023, scoring a TKO victory over Ruslan Berchuk. The 6 round contest ended early as Bateson secured a TKO victory in round 5, having already cut journeyman Berchuk.

William Crolla

Results from Bowlers Exhibition Centre, Manchester

William Crolla moved to 3-0 as he secured his second consecutive stoppage, defeating Sea Coxon via TKO in round 1.

Anthony Phythian lost his final bout to Ben Thomas via TKO in round 3. Phythian’s corner threw the towel in following a knockdown.

Michael Gomez Jr

Results from Oldham Leisure Centre

Current English Super Featherweight champion Michael Gomez Jr defeated journeyman Joshua Ocampo 60-52 over 6 rounds. Ocampo had a point deducted and was counted in the fifth round.
This was Michael Gomez Jr’s first bout since controversially defeating Levi Giles back in March on Sky Sports.

Unbeaten Reece Farnhill captured the Central Area Super Middleweight championship against Nicolie Campbell in a 10 round bout. Farnhill finished the contest with cuts to both of his eyes from head clashes, but was awarded every round as the scorecards read 100-91 in his favour.

Mark Heffron had been due to compete in Oldham.

Jack Flatley

Results from Robin Park Centre, Wigan

Jack Flatley returned to action in the main event against journeyman Edvinas Puplauskas. Puplauskas entered the bout with some confidence having scored a victory in his last bout on the undercard of Levi Giles vs Razaq Najib in Grimsby. Flatley ended the 6 round contest early dropping his opponent in the fourth round, followed by a referee stoppage. Flatley was competing for the first time since March 2023 when he lost a wide points decision to Nathan Heaney in Telford on BT Sport.

Bilal Fawaz

Results from York Hall, Bethnal Green

Bilal Fawaz picked up the Southern Area Middleweight championship in the main event against Gideon Onyenani. Fawaz was awarded the decision by the referee after 10 rounds, with the contest scored 97-94 in his favour.
