Former UFC fighter recently turned boxer Nate Diaz has called out Jake Paul for a rematch on his upcoming MVP show. Paul recently announced he was returning to the ring, and announced the date of December 15 2023. No opponent was named by Paul, and Diaz has taken to Instagram to request the rematch. Diaz produced a mocked-up poster for Paul vs Diaz 2, but it doesn’t appear to have the desired effect.
Diaz also added to the post “Rematch December, You ain’t got nobody to fight, So I’ll beat your ass dec 15th”.
Paul later took to Twitter/X to respond, seemingly unimpressed at Nate Diaz’s idea. There is currently no rumoured opponent for Jake Paul, so a rematch with Diaz isn’t entirely out of the question.
Jake Paul fought Nate Diaz on 05 August 2023, knocking Diaz down once en-route to a Unanimous Decision victory. Paul dominated the opening half of the first contest against debutant boxer Diaz, although Diaz responded well in the latter rounds and improved as the bout went on.
