Former British Middleweight champion Denzel Bentley returns for the first time since his loss to Nathan Heaney. Denzel Bentley vs Danny Dignum will top a Queensberry promotions card in May at York Hall airing live on TNT Sports which features 3 championship contests.

Denzel Bentley (18-3-1) is coming off a shock defeat that cost him his British championship. The two-time British Middleweight champion Bentley entered his contest against Heaney as the bookmakers favourite but lost via Majority Decision. Bentley had previous fought for the World title against Zhanibek Alimkhanuly, going the distance but losing via Unanimous Decision.
Danny Dignum (16-1-1) is another former opponent of Zhanibek, who inflicted the only loss of his career. Since losing via second round KO in 2022 Dignum has responded with two victories, the last being an 8 rounds Points Decision victory over Lukasz Maciec in April 2023.
Denzel Bentley vs Danny Dignum will be contested over 12 rounds.
Rest of the Card
Two further championship bouts have been announced for the card. Francesco Grandelli vs Nathaniel Collins and Ryan Garner vs Liam Dillon. Grandelli vs Collins takes place over 12 rounds, Garner vs Dillon over 10 rounds.
Francesco Grandelli (18-2-2) will defend his EBU Silver Featherweight title against unbeaten Nathaniel Collins (14-0). Grandelli captured his belt last December when he knocked out undefeated Stefan Voda in Torino, Italy. Grandelli also holds a Unanimous Decision victory over Kane Baker and beat Reece Bellotti via Split decision.
Nathaniel Collins held the British and Commonwealth titles, successfully defending them against Zak Miller in November. Collins squeaked a Majority Decision victory winning by just 2 rounds on 2 judges score cards.
Ryan The Piranha Garner (14-0) defends his newly won WBC International Super Featherweight title against Liam Dillon (13-1-1). Garner picked up a TKO victory over Juan Antunez at York Hall in August to capture the championship.
Liam Dillon is coming off his first career defeat to Reece Bellotti, losing via Unanimous Decision at Matchroom Boxing’s NXTGEN show in London.
Archie Sharp (24-0) recently resigned to Queensberry and will return on the card.
