Misfits returns this Friday on DAZN as Jarvis vs BDave headlines York Hall for the MFB Welterweight championship. The X Series 11 event will feature 7 bouts in total with Jully Poca vs Alaena Vampira as the chief support. The previous X Series event was the Prime Card, but the X Series events are typically smaller in nature and take place as part of a regular DAZN subscription. Prior to the Prime Card, the last X series event saw Idris Virgo defeat former Floyd Mayweather opponent Aaron Chalmers.
Jarvis vs BDave
The main event of X series 11 sees Jarvis take on BDave. BDave has made a name for himself competing in the tag-team division of Misfits, where he competed alongside Luis Pineda as part of Los Pineda Coladas. BDave previously fought and lost to Luis Pineda, but also has two wins in regular bouts against Anthony Vargas and Zack Bernardez. Jarvis is described as a gaming star who holds a 2-1 influencer boxing record. Jarvis has competed twice this year, winning his first bout but losing in the summer to AnEsonGib.
Poca vs Vampira
On the undercard, the slayer of Elle Brooke Jully Poca returns as she faces off against the terrifying looking Alaena Vampira. Brazilian Jully Poca was successful in the Kingpyn semi-finals when she defeated the Ebanie Bridges trained Elle Brooke, inflicting the first and only loss on her record. Poca also defeated the infamous flasher Daniella Hemsley in the previous round of Kingpyn’s tournament.
Vampira is 2-0 in influencer boxing and described as a self-styled anti-pop princess. Vampira defeated Lindsay Flanders back in February and then Fangz during X Series 006 by TKO, her first stoppage victory. Poca vs Vampira is a title bout contested for the Misfits Boxing Cruiserweight title.
Adam Brooks vs Rhino
Adam Brooks vs Rhino is a bit of a surprise bout, considering Rhino is now 54 years old. Rhino is a former member of the television programme Gladiators which aired on British television from 1995 – 1999, but hasn’t featured much in the public eye since. Rhino, or Mark Smith as he is known, has made numerous acting appearances since 1999 but boasts a professional boxing record of 0-0. His opponent is Adam Brooks, a GB News Panellist and describes himself as a political influencer. He also has a record of 0-0.
