WAR Derek Chisora spoke at the press conference for Joyce vs Chisora where he outlined his plans to reach fight number 50.
Derek Chisora (34-13), who arrived late for the press conference and missed the start of the event, spoke about his plans to reach fight number 50 after facing Joe Joyce.
Chisora stated he wanted a fight in Manchester and a final fight in Zimbabwe before he retired from the sport. Fighting Joe Joyce and another two bouts would take him to 50 fights in total.
Chisora has been inactive in recent times and last fought in 2023 at the 02 Arena. Chisora defeated Gerald Washington over 10 rounds on the undercard of Anthony Joshua vs Robert Helenius. This was Chisora’s only bout since losing a World title contest to Tyson Fury at Tottenham back in December 2022.
