Rest of the Card

The eye-catching bout on the undercard is Arslanbek Makhmudov vs Junior Fa.

Both Heavyweights enter with a loss in Saudi Arabia as their most recent bout. Arslanbek Makhmudov (18-1) recently fought Agit Kabayel with the bout expected to be a walkover. The undefeated Makhmudov struggled with Kabayel’s movement and suffered three knockdowns in his TKO loss. The Russian Heavyweight also had clear stamina issues compared to his fleet-footed opponent.

Junior Fa (20-3) fared better than Makmudov did in Saudi Arabia, but still lost to Frank Sanchez. Fa was a bookmakers outsider and despite having moments in the matchup succummed to a 7th round TKO against Cuban Sanchez.

This was cancelled as Junior Fa retired in the build-up to the event. Read more on that here
