Callum Walsh set to compete in California in June

Unbeaten Super Welterweight Callum Walsh will defend his WBC Continental Americas Super Welterweight title in June. The Irish boxer is competing in his tenth consecutive professional contest in America.

Callum Walsh (10-0) will defend his championship against opposition TBA. The bout is expected to main event the card from the Chumash Casino in California, and will be aired live on UFC Fight Pass.

The Irishman last competed in March where he defeated Kazakh boxer Dauren Yeleussinov (11-3-1) at Madison Square Garden. Walsh dominated the bout and secured a TKO victory in round 9 in the main event on UFC Fight Pass.

The card is being promoted by 360 Promotions. Unbeaten trio Omar Cande Trinidad, Umar Dzambekov and Jorge Maravillo will all feature on the undercard. Opposition remains TBA, but Trinidad is expected to defend his WBC Continental Americas Featherweight title.
