A Midlands title fight is set for Stoke as Beccy Ferguson vs Amy Greatorex headlines Scott Lawton Promotions bill at the Bet365 stadium. Ferguson and Greatorex are competing in the Super Featherweight division for the vacant championship on 23 March 2024.
‘Firebomb’ Beccy Ferguson (5-10) has previously competed unsuccessfully twice for championship gold. Ferguson came up short competing against Vicky Wilkinson, and last faced Sian O’Toole for the Midlands Super Featherweight title in December. Ferguson came up short losing 8-2 on the cards.
‘G-Rex’ Amy Greatorex (1-5) is entering the first title bout of her career. She picked up her first victory in 2023 when she outpointed WBC Indian champion Sangeeta Birdi. That victory came with a series of problems outside the ring, which you can read below:
